CSI Dallas,

April was another unusual month working from home in this time of new and different ways of conducting business during the COVID-19 pandemic.  As many of us have presented/attended ZOOM and TEAM meetings to see our customers and fellow employees while sheltering at home with our family and pets.

CSI Dallas,

March was an unusual month for our chapter members and others on how to conduct business with the new Coronavirus (COVID-19).  Currently the City of Dallas is closing restaurants, movie theaters, gyms, and any large gathering events.

After careful consideration and the full support of the Dallas CSI Board I am canceling all Dallas CSI Chapter events through the end of April.  This is due to concerns of the health and well being of our CSI Dallas Chapter members and guests from the recent impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on our communities in the Dallas area.  Our two main events each month are the Tech Lunch and Chapter Meetings where the attendance is 20+ and food is served at both venues.

CSI Dallas,

What an exciting month December was for the Dallas CSI Chapter as we closed out 2019.  The Technical Lunch at Dave & Buster’s in Dallas featured the presentation, Sustainable “Cool” Roofing Solutions presented by Joseph O. Sorrentino, RRO with UNIFLEX a Sherwin-Williams Co.  The December chapter meeting was our annual Holiday Casino Party, themed A Golden Gala was held on December 12, 2019.  This annual event is a great way to support the Dallas CSI Foundation and the chapter donated $5000 to the Foundation.
